Thursday March 2, 1905 Ore Mill to be Erected at Webbwood Mr. S.H. Simmons has gone to Webbwood to superintend the erection of ore mills at the Shakespeare mine. His family will move there shortly.

Brett at Webbwood, on April 6 Mrs. (Rev.) R.H. Brett. Internment took place at Belleville.
Thursday May 11, 1905 Copper Mining at Webbwood
The Toris Sulphur and Copper Company, A Scotch Syndicate, which recently purchased from T.W. Trotter in Webbwood, has commenced work upon it. It is their intention to sink two shafts to a depth of each of 150 feet from which they will drift. If the ore showing in them is found satisfactory they will then build and operate a smelter. A.D. Bailey is in charge of the work.
Thursday July 27 1905 Webbwood: J.C. McMillan of Webbwood has been appointed clerk of the fourth division court of the District of Algoma.
Thursday September 14, 1905 Webbwood: Sept. 12. A shooting club has recently been organized in Webbwood and some of the members have proven themselves to be good marksmen. Woe be on the unfortunate deer that roams the forest which Captain Storie and his band invades next November.
Thursday September 21, 1905 Massey Station: Mr. & Mrs. T.W. Thompson, of Webbwood, are spending a few days in Massey.
Thursday September 28, 1905 Massey Station: Miss Maud Alton of Webbwood is spending a few days with her sister, Miss Blanche Alton.
Thursday October 26, 1905 Blind River: Mr. & Mrs. Dan Alton left on Monday last for Webbwood where Mr. Alton has secured a lucrative position with Mesrrs. Jones and Chant who have taken over the business formerly conducted by Stonewall Hawkins.

Massey Station: Miss M. Alton and Miss D. Thompson of Webbwood paid Massey a flying visit on Sunday.

Cameron: At Winnipeg, on Nov. 2 the son of Mr. A. Cameron, principal of Webbwood Public School, aged 28
